Apart from the Learning and development Experience,Sunand’s experience in Leading More then 40 High Altitude Mountaineering expeditions , apart from countless Smaller hikes in itself is considered to be an achievement worth noting… And he feels He has just begun …And there is a lot more to explore …. For many this itself is a career while he consider this a Part of the whole system.
An internationally certified Basic Life support Instructor He regularly conducts Training programmes on Basic Life Support and CPR.
In the Field Of Disaster Management , He is a trainer and has also led a team of Civil defence wardens to help the community during the Covid 19 Pandemic, His leadership was offered to a team of proactive wardens who assisted various agencies in multiple ways. He has built a very strong team of Wardens in His local community that’s ready to assist in and eventuality. His trainings , certifications, and hands on experience in this field has help build this.
Currently he is also Consulting with organizations in developing and Implementing Disaster management programmes in schools,
Currently he is also Perusing his Masters of Science Degree in Psychology, this apart from all the other work mentioned above.
His wish is to connect with people and organizations and be a part of the vision. Not Many people who do their University study in Engineering and have a bright future laid out in front of them choose to move out to follow their passion to explore, study and venture into things like Mountaineering, Adventure, Social Sector, Training and Development, Experiential Learning, NLP, Coaching and a lot more and make a career out of it.
